Below is an outline of the browsers that are supported by Trapeze products.

  • Certified Browsers
  • Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 Platform
  • Current version of Firefox on Windows and MAC OS
  • Current version of Chrome on Windows and MAC OS
  • Current version of Safari on MAC OS
    Note: Certified Browsers – QA performs end to end testing of applications during regression testing. Browser change continually and Trapeze supports those changes as they become effective. Please contact your Trapeze Customer Care representative for product compatibility and support to any desktop browsers that do not meet these guidelines.
