Unlocking User Accounts
Users who exceed the maximum number of failed log in attempts need to have their user accounts reset by a system administrator.
- Do one of the following:
- Click .
Depending on your system setup, Security may be found in a different location.
- Click the Security shortcut:

The Security screen appears. - Click .
- Navigate to .User account names appear in the left pane of the screen.

In the left pane of the Security screen, select the user.
The user name is marked with a lock icon.

- Right-click the user name and click Unlock.
- Click the Save button:
