Configuring the IVR Activity Report

The Trapeze6 Client Shell is used to run the Trapeze IVR Reports.

  1. Connect the Client shell to the Service Shell running the IVR Reports services that were previously created.
  2. In the Client Shell, click File > New.
    The New dialog box appears.
  3. Select Crystal Report.
  4. Click OK.
  5. To configure the report, press CTRL+R when the blank report is loaded.
  6. In the Crystal RPT File field, browse to find the IVRActivityCR.rpt file in the Trapeze6 Service Shell Bin.
  7. In the DLL file field, browse to find the IVRStandardReports.dll file in the Trapeze6 Service Shell Bin.
  8. In the Class list, select IVRStandardReports.ActivityCR.
  9. Browse to a common location and save the report file with a logical name (for example, IVRActivityReport.trc6).
