Running the IVR Activity Report

  1. Log on to the Client Shell.
  2. In the Client Shell, select the menu item you created in Adding Report to Menu.
    The report is loaded and the Enter Parameters window appears.
  3. To fill in the report with data you want to view, select appropriate values for the Start and End Date fields and the Start and End Time fields.
  4. In the Gateway Name field, choose the Voice Gateway which you want to run the report.
  5. In the Report Group field, choose the report group that you want to display.
  6. Optional: In the Title field, type a title for the report. If you leave the Title field blank, a title set by default is displayed.
  7. Click OK.
    The report data is displayed.
