Formats

The Formats context properties are used when interfacing with third party IVR systems (for example, Ontira, LogicTree). These properties need to be configured specifically for each vendor to ensure that vendor is able to recognize the date and time values being returned by each service method.

Property Description
LegacyClients > Date Sets the Date format to be used in method returns.
LegacyClients > DateYYYYMMDD

If selected, the date is returned using the YYYYMMDD format regardless of the setting in the Date property.
LegacyClients > Time Sets the Time format to be used in method returns.
LegacyClients > TimeHHMMSS

If selected, the time is returned using the HHMMSS format regardless of the setting in the Time property.
LegacyClients > UseStreetNumInBookings If selected, the StreetNum field is returned instead of the StreetNo field.
LegacyClients > Weekday Sets the weekday template format to return.
