Adding Report to Menu

To enable other users to access the report, add the report to the Report menu in the Client shell screen.

  1. Open the Client Shell and connect it to the Service Shell running the IVR Reports services previously created.
  2. In the Client Shell, click Tools > Extensions.
    The Extensions dialog box appears.
  3. On the Menus tab, click Add File. The Files dialog box appears.
  4. In the Menu Text field, type a logical name for the report (for example, IVR Activity Report).
  5. In the Command field, browse to find the report file that you saved in when the report was configured.
  6. In the Initial Dir field, browse to the folder containing the Trapeze6 Service Shell Bin.
  7. Click OK.
  8. In the Extensions dialog box, drag the new report menu item from the Extended Commands pane to the Reports menu in the Menus and Launchpad pane.
  9. Click Close.
