Configuring IVR
Perform the following procedures to configure IVR.
- Extract files from the zip file provided by your Trapeze representative.
- Configure the Service Shell.
- Open the Service Shell.
- Start the Client Shell and connect to the Service Shell.
- Configure the Client Shell.
