The Trapeze PASS-IVR User Guide is intended for transit agency staff responsible for supporting transit riders who use the IVR system.

The sample call flows included in this guide are intended to illustrate the possible ways that a registered user's interaction with the IVR system may proceed. The features, list of options, and levels of prompts available are determined by how the system is configured for each transit agency.
