Tips on Using PASS-IVR
This section provides suggestions on making the best use of the PASS-IVR system for accessing your trip information.
Sample Call Flow for Logging On
When you call the PASS-IVR System, the system will prompt you for your login information before you can continue with your inquiry.
After successfully logging into the IVR system, you are provided the main menu, where you can choose to confirm (review) the trips that you have booked.
Sample Call Flow for Cancelling Confirmed Trips
The following table contains the prompts for cancelling scheduled trips after you have confirmed them. Depending on the transit site's policies, registered users may be able to cancel selected trips after confirming them.

After successfully logging on to the IVR system, you are provided the main menu. To cancel any of your scheduled trips directly, choose the option, which may be stated as Cancel Trips.
