Sample Call Flow for Cancelling Confirmed Trips

The following table contains the prompts for cancelling scheduled trips after you have confirmed them. Depending on the transit site's policies, registered users may be able to cancel selected trips after confirming them.

Press 1 to choose option 1, Confirm Trips. The system proceeds to ask if you want to confirm scheduled trips for a specific date or all your scheduled trips. This set of options are presented after you log on to the IVR system.
Date Options:
  1. Confirm Trips on a Specific Date
  2. Confirm All Trips
To confirm your scheduled trips for a specific date, press 1.

When prompted, enter the specific date that you want.

To confirm all of your scheduled trips, press 2.

If you pressed 1, the system prompts you to enter the specific date.

After you enter the date, the system then proceeds to state the details of your trips on the specific date, if any. If you have no trips on that date, the system also advises you of that status.

If you pressed 2, the system proceeds to state the details of all your scheduled trips.

After the details, the system may proceed to ask if you want to cancel your trips.

After confirming your scheduled trips, you can choose to end the call or proceed to cancel selected trips as part of your call.
Cancel Options:
  1. Cancel Trip on Specific Date
  2. Cancel All Trips

If you pressed 1 in the previous prompt and want to cancel the scheduled trips on a specific date, press 1.

If you pressed 2 in the previous prompt and want to cancel all your trips, press 2.

If you pressed 1, the system proceeds to cancel your trips on the specific date.

If you pressed 2, the system proceeds to cancel all your scheduled trips.

For both options, after canceling the trips, the system confirms the cancellation with a message.
