About Trapeze IVR
Trapeze IVR refers to Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, that allow transit riders to quickly access transit information using standard touch-tone telephones.
PASS-IVR is designed for demand response services and enables registered users to access information regarding their accounts, scheduled trips, alerts associated with their trips, and general announcements. Passengers call a direct line to the system or the transit agency's main number, which directs them to the system.
A key PASS-IVR feature is the ability to make reminder calls to the registered users in advance before their scheduled trips. These calls are typically made one day prior to the scheduled trips, for example, in the evening before the scheduled date.
