About Notification Properties
Notification Services is a service that allows COM to accept data and generate, format, and deliver timely and personalized information securely by email to users.
A notification is generated and sent to a user, for example, an Investigator when an Action is required on a feedback. It can be sent immediately or on a predetermined schedule depending on the site’s policies.
