Accessing EAM Integration Properties

The EAM Integration properties allow COM to initiate a service request directly to the EAM system. The properties are shared with OPS and are in the EAM Integration context properties folder.

The following components must be installed for the COM and EAM integration:
  • MAXQueue base
  • Trapeze6 Service Shell
  • COM
  • OPS AssetWorksServer service
  1. Open the Properties screen.
  2. Click Properties > EAM Integration
