Customize the List View Options

Option	Function
Move Up	Moves the selected heading (such as Last Name) up the list. The order in which headings appear in this list determines the order in which they appear on your screen.
Move Dn	Moves the selected heading down the list. The order in which headings appear in this list determines the order in which they appear on your screen. Note: When you press the TAB key while in the COM Representative or COM Investigator screen to move from one field to another, the sequence of fields that the pointer follows depends on the order of the fields in the Customize dialog. For example, to move the pointer from the Feedback Id field to the Feedback Number field, ensure that they appear in that order in the Customize dialog.
Style	Opens the Field Style dialog where you can change the label and appearance of the selected field using various options.
Check/Check All	Allows you to select which headings or fields on the list appear in your work grid. When a heading is selected, it appears in the grid. To check one at a time, highlight the item and then click Check, or select the check box to mark the heading. To select all items within the Fields frame quickly, click Check All.
Clear/Clear All	Allows you to clear the items that you do not want to appear in the grid, either one at a time (Clear) or all at once (Clear All).
Background	Controls the background color of the grid headings. All headings will be uniform; you can not choose to fill in the background of a single heading.
Zebra	If selected, the background of the records in the grid appear in alternating lines of color. For example, the background of the first record is gray while the background of the second record is white. This pattern is repeated throughout the grid.
Grid Lines	Allows you to select the lines to which you want to apply the selected Style and Color options: Horizontal Vertical
Style: Choose if you want the lines to appear continuously or broken: Solid, Dotted, Dashed.
Color: Choose the color of the lines from the color palette.
Restore Defaults	Restores the original settings of the grid layout.

Move Up
