Deleting Feedback in the COM Investigator Screen

You can delete feedback records that are no longer required or that are duplicates.

Attention: Exercise caution when deleting feedback. Once feedback is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.
  1. Click the field that you want to delete, and then double-click to activate it.
    For text fields, the I-beam pointer appears where you can start typing.
  2. Select another option from the drop-down list or overwrite the current value in the field.
    If you choose a feedback with multiple subjects, make sure you highlight only the subject you want to delete. If you highlight the feedback in the Feedback pane, all subject entries are deleted.
  3. Do one of the following steps:
    • Click Data > Delete.
    • Click the Delete button: Delete button.
    A message appears advising you that the selected records will be deleted permanently. If the selected feedback record is linked to an OPS Incident report, a warning appears. You are prompted to confirm the delete action.
  4. Click Yes.
