Recording Actions

When you create a feedback entry, an action record is simultaneously created.

  1. Do one of the following steps:
    • Press F3.
    • Click View > Context.
    • Click the Context button: Context button.
  2. Choose the filters to display the feedback to be sent.
  3. In the Feedback pane, highlight the appropriate record.
  4. In the Subject pane, highlight the appropriate subject record.
    An action record appears in the Actions pane.
  5. In the Investigator and Actions tabs of the bottom-right pane, use the fields as necessary to record the actions taken.
  6. If this action record is complete and no further work is to be done on it, clear the Active check box. For example, the feedback concerning a customer inquiry about fare information is concluded with the provision of fare information to the customer.
  7. Click Save.
