Adding Actions

When you forward an action, one action is normally concluded before it is resumed by another investigator. When you add an action, you create a different action assigned to a different department or investigator that runs concurrently and independently of the original action.

  1. Choose the filters to display the feedback to be sent.
  2. In the Feedback pane, highlight the appropriate record.
  3. In the Subject pane, highlight the appropriate subject record.
    An action record appears in the Actions pane.
  4. On the screen toolbar, click the Add Action button: Add Action button.
  5. Type the action information. If it is complete, clear the Active check box in the Actions pane.
  6. Click the Save button: Save button.
