About the COM Investigator Screen
Use the COM Investigator screen to record the actions taken on the feedback received in the system.
Recording Actions
When you create a feedback entry, an action record is simultaneously created.
Adding Actions
When you forward an action, one action is normally concluded before it is resumed by another investigator. When you add an action, you create a different action assigned to a different department or investigator that runs concurrently and independently of the original action.

You can update the date and time stamp of an action if the AlwaysUpdateActionDateAndtimeOnSave context property is enabled.

You can update the date and time stamp of an action if the AlwaysUpdateActionDateAndtimeOnSave context property is enabled.

If the property is selected, the date and time stamps of the action associated with the current feedback are automatically updated whenever you click Save on the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens. If the property is not selected, the date and time stamps are only updated if the action has been changed.

Note: In the COM Investigator screen, the action is not updated if the Subject is closed whether the property is selected or not.
