A workspace refers to the user interface that contains the features such as menu options and commands that allow you to perform tasks based on your security permissions.
About Source Workspaces
You can update your existing workspace layout with a source workspace when you upgrade your COM version using the Workspace Layout Manager. The source workspace may be an exported workspace or a workspace that is locally stored in the database.
Deleting Workspaces
You can delete a shared workspace that is not set as the default for any user.

You can delete a shared workspace that is not set as the default for any user.

Warning: After you press the DELETE key, you will not be asked to confirm the deletion.

Click File > Workspaces > Open.
The Load Workspace dialog shows the list of shared workspaces.
Select the workspace that you want to delete.
Press the DELETE key.
