Registering New Users

After determining that a customer is not registered in your system, it may be necessary to create a record for him or her for future reference.

If Trapeze PASS is installed at your site and the appropriate properties are activated, the system can verify if the new user you are registering already has a user record.
  1. On the screen toolbar, click the Add New button: Add New button.
  2. Click the Look up Customer button: Look up Customer button.
    The Customer dialog opens.
  3. Type the customer’s information in the appropriate fields.
    Note: If you previously attempted to search for a customer's record, click Clear first before filling in the fields.
  4. Click Register.
    The new user record is shown on the Customers pane.
