The Traveler Experience Quality Assurance (QA) team performs regular regression testing on Floodgate Messaging as improvements are introduced and issues are resolved. The focus of this document is on the main test cases that they apply during testing.

We aim to update this document as major changes are made to the testing components and procedures.
