About Floodgate Messaging Test Cases

The Traveler Experience QA team performs the tests to ensure that Floodgate Messaging works. Every major feature of the software is supported with a test case to be used in the system testing.

Scope

As of the date of this publication, the QA team performs about 70 test cases for Floodgate Messaging when a build is scheduled for release. The test cases are reused and updated if required accordingly. They are designed to cover as many various possible situations that can occur when the software is used such as signing on with valid and invalid user information and scheduling or editing messages with and without the necessary security permissions

As improvements or bug fixes are made, an appropriate test case is added to the test case library. In case of bug fixes, the applicable test case is modified if required.
Note: This reference covers only some of the main test cases that are performed by the QA team.
