The Traveler Experience QA team performs the tests to ensure that Floodgate Messaging works. Every major feature of the software is supported with a test case to be used in the system testing.
Test 1: Signing On
The purpose of this test case is to demonstrate that Floodgate Messaging opens when users sign on.
Test 2: Creating Messages
The purpose of this test case is to demonstrate that users are able to create messages.
Test 3: Sending Messages Now
The purpose of this test case is to demonstrate that notifications can be sent immediately after they have been created.
Test 4: Sending Messages at Scheduled Times
The purpose of this test case is to demonstrate that notifications can be sent on a scheduled date and time.
Test 5: Editing Messages
The purpose of this test case is to demonstrate that users can edit messages.
Test 6: Viewing Messages
The purpose of this test case is to demonstrate that users are able to view messages and their status.
