Access to the COM Service and Client Shells is defined in the build file provided by your Trapeze representative.
Configuring the Client Shell
To configure the Client Shell, you must specify screen modules, or plug-ins, to load in the Client Shell including directory information. Each module contains functionality for a specific Trapeze application.
About Organizing Menus and the Launchpad
COM enables you to control how the options in the main menu bar are grouped together, that is, you are able to control how the menus in COM are organized.

You can add subfolders to the standard folders.

You can add subfolders to the standard folders.

Click Tools > Extensions.
Select one of the four standard folders in which you want to create a subfolder. This is the folder where your newly created subfolders are placed.
Click the Folder button. The New Folder dialog box appears.
In the Folder name field, type the name of the subfolder.
Click OK.
