Whats New in This Edition
The following changes and additional features have been documented in this version 19 edition of the COM User Guide.
General

In the Correspondence dialog box, you are now prompted with an error message if you enter an invalid email address.
COM Investigator

The Route field has been added in the Context dialog box of the COM Investigator screen. It allows you to filter the data to be shown by route.
COM/EAM Integration
- In the COM Investigator screen, you are now prompted with a message when you have not selected an item from the Symptom drop-down list in the Create Service Request dialog box.
