About COM and OPS Incident Data Integration

Incidents are events that occur during the work day that involve employees, passengers, and/or vehicles.

Note: Each Incident can be linked to multiple feedback records but a feedback record can only be linked to one Incident.

The integration between COM and Trapeze OPS allows you to create incidents in COM and link them to customer feedback records. This data can be accessed in OPS. While in OPS, you are able create and link incidents to customer feedback from COM. In turn, the data can be accessed in COM.

For the integration to work, the COM/OPS/Web Service and the OPS/COM Integration context properties must be configured. Contact your system administrator for more information.
