Properties for COM and OPS Integration

The following context properties are used to configure COM and OPS integration:

OPS General

If your site has BD or OPS, you can access OPS schedule data and reports data in COM. The following table lists the items that have to be defined in order for the applications to integrate.

BD Employee Mapping > BadgeNum Map the appropriate OPS/COM data into the BD BadgeNum field
Note: BD-related context properties apply to the Trapeze BD product.
COM > OPS > BD Employee Mapping > EmployeeCode Map the appropriate OPS/COM data into the BD EmployeeCode field.
COM > OPS > BD Employee Mapping > EmployeeId Map the appropriate OPS/COM data into the BD EmployeeId field.
COM > OPS > BD Employee Mapping > SSN Map the appropriate OPS/COM data into the BD SSN Field
COM > OPS > Match Block By Block Name in BD Systems If selected, when loading data from BD, the system matches the blocks by block name.

COM > OPS > Match BlockRoute by LineGroup in BD System

If selected, COM uses LineGroupAbbr instead of LineAbbr to match the BlockRoute in BD. This is the default and applies when the property, COM > OPS > System is set to BD System.

COM > OPS > System OPS system to be used with COM. The options are:
  • 1 - TransitMaster
  • 2 - Trapeze OPS
  • 3 - ComDaily Operations
  • 4 - BD System
COM > OPS > Data Source Name Data source to be used in the session.
COM > OPS > Investigation Tool Parameters
Fields in the COM Investigation Tool dialog box that are automatically filled in with OPS data. The options are:
  • Incident Date
  • Incident Time
  • Vehicle Number
  • Car Number
  • ServiceGroupId
  • LineAbbr
  • DirectionName
  • BlockNum
  • RunNum
COM > OPS > Login Login name
COM > OPS > Password Login password

FX and OPS Schedule Data

Property Description
COM > Schedule Data > Historical > Enable

If selected, the schedule data used prior to the system upgrade is made available. This allows you to access the records of incidents that occurred prior to the system upgrade or that are in the previous system.

COM > Schedule Data > Historical > System Upgrade Date Date on which the schedule data system was upgraded.
COM > Schedule Data > Historical > System FX or OPS system to be used with COM.
COM > Schedule Data > Historical > Data Source Name Data source name to be used in the session.
COM > Schedule Data > Historical > Login Login Name
COM > Schedule Data > Historical > Password Login Password
COM > Schedule Data > Historical > Line Direction Factor Factor used to generate LineDirId from LineId and DirId. The formula is LinedirId = LineId*Factor+DirId.
COM > Schedule Data > Historical > Line Order Order that the stops are displayed in the LineStop drop-down list.
COM > Schedule Data > Historical > Data Cache > Refreshing time Time that the server should wake up to refresh the data cache. This can be in any of the following 24-hour time formats: HH, HH:MM, HH:MM:SS.
COM > Schedule Data > Historical > Data Cache > Refreshing weekday template Day of the week when the server refreshes the data cache. The default is 1000000.

COM > OPS > Web Service > Port Num IP port number of the OPS web service.
COM > OPS > Web Service > Service Name Name of the OPS web service.

COM > OPS > Web Service > Password User password for accessing OPS web service.
