Modifying User Groups

User group settings can be updated as needed.

The Trapeze6 Client Shell must be open.
  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Tools > Security.

      Depending on your system setup, Security may be found in a different location.

    • Click the Security shortcut:
      A key with the word Security printer under it.
    The Security screen appears.
  2. Navigate to Security > User Groups.
    User group names appear in the left pane.
  3. Select a user group.
  4. Edit the user group settings in the right pane of the screen.
    Available settings include the group description, membership (that is, the user groups the selected user group is a member of and the members within the selected user group), and security key permission levels.
    All user group settings are editable.
  5. Click the Save button:
