Spelling Check Properties

The Spelling Check properties apply to the dictionary used and when the spell check feature is applied to the feedback records..


Property	Description
COM > Spelling Check > Check Spelling Only Before Saving Feedback	If selected, COM automatically runs the spell check feature before saving feedback. If not selected, the system checks the spelling after the user has modified the data in the field.
COM > Spelling Check > Use User Depended User Dictionary	If selected, the system uses the User dictionary set for each COM user for spelling check. If not selected, the system uses the User Dictionary set for all COM users. The path to the user application data folder is automatically set to C:\ProgramData\Trapeze. This is user changeable, which means that you can change the dictionary applied to the spell check.
COM > Spelling Check > Always Show A Message After Checking	If selected, the message, "There are no spelling errors found." is displayed where are no spelling errors found. If not selected, the message is not displayed.
