Printing in COM

You can preview the data to be printed and print from COM screens such as the COM Investigator and COM Representative screens.

  1. Do one of the following steps:
    • Click File > Print.
    • In the Standard toolbar, click the Print button: Printer button.
    If you are in a split screen such as the COM Investigator screen, select any field on the pane you want to print.
  2. Check your printer settings, which depend on the printer setup of your system.
  3. Click OK.
  4. To preview how the selected data will appear when printed, do one of the following steps:
    • Click File > Print Preview.
    • In the main toolbar, click the Print Preview button: Print Preview button.
