About the Investigation Tool
If your transit site also uses Trapeze FX, PASS, and/or OPS, use the Investigation Tool to retrieve additional data from the databases used by these applications. The Investigation Tool can be accessed from both the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens.
Feedback provided by customers often contains limited details. For example, you might have the line, direction, date, time, and vehicle associated with the feedback but you need to know the employee involved or the block number. The Investigation Tool is used to search for these additional pieces of data from the Fixed Route or Demand Response databases. You can refine the search by applying a set of parameters and a time frame within which the tool searches for the data. The tool then produces selected solutions or matches that include data on regular runs and extra work.
