About the Investigation Tool
If your transit site also uses Trapeze FX, PASS, and/or OPS, use the Investigation Tool to retrieve additional data from the databases used by these applications. The Investigation Tool can be accessed from both the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens.
Modifying Search
If the Investigator Tool fails to find matches, a message appears indicating that no information was found based on the input criteria. You are asked to modify your input and perform the search again.

Click OK and do one or both of the following activities to modify your search:

Choose another search method. Another search method may be available depending on the kind of data entered in the original feedback. For example, instead of relying on the vehicle ID, you may choose employee ID as a more reliable method.
Manually change the input criteria by selecting or clearing the Use check boxes. The Investigation Method field is automatically updated according to the information being used.
