Canceling Trips At the Door

After arriving at a pick-up location, you can mark the trip as Cancel At Door if a passenger no longer requires the vehicle service.

Before you begin

The Enable Cancel at Door Functionality property must be selected to allow you to perform this task. The event must be also marked as Arrived first.

Procedure

  1. In the manifest, tap the event you want canceled.
    The details screen is shown.
  2. Tap Cancel at Door at the bottom right of the screen.
    Depending on your agency's processes, the cancellation may have to be approved by Dispatch before it is confirmed.
    You are prompted to confirm the cancel action. Tap Yes.

Results

The event is marked as canceled and the information sent to the dispatcher. If the Cancel At Door Remove Trip property is selected, the canceled trip is no longer shown in the manifest.
