Declaring Passengers as No Show

If a passenger is not present at the pick-up location, you can declare a No Show.

Before you begin

The amount of time you must wait after arrival before requesting a No Show is specified in the No Show Waiting Time property.
Note: The procedure may differ depending on your agency's No Show policy.

Procedure

  1. Mark the pick-up event as Arrived.
    The details screen is shown. A timer counts down the wait time.

    After the required time elapses, the button displays No Show indicating that you can now send a No-Show request.

  2. Tap No Show.
    The manifest is shown. The pick-up event and associated drop-off event are removed from the manifest.
