About Arrive and Perform

Events must be marked as Arrived, and then Performed to indicate that they have been completed. This information is sent to Dispatch when you mark an event accordingly.

Arrive refers to vehicle arriving at an event location to either pick up or drop off a passenger. This is before the passenger boards the vehicle in case of a pick-up or before the passenger alights from the vehicle during a drop-off.

Perform refers to an event being actually performed, that is, the passenger has boarded the vehicle or the passenger has alighted from the vehicle after which the vehicle is ready to depart.
