About the Message Center

You are able to send and receive free form or canned messages to Dispatch.

You can perform these tasks through the buttons in the toolbars located at the top and bottom of the screen:

On the top navigation bar for sending new messages:
Send Message button
On the bottom navigation bar for viewing received messages
Messages button on bottom navigation bar
