Declaring Passengers as No Show
If a passenger is not present at the pick-up location, you can declare a No Show.
Before you begin
Note:
The procedure may differ depending on your agency's No Show policy.
Procedure

Mark the pick-up event as Arrived.
The details screen is shown. A timer counts down the wait time.
After the required time elapses, the button displays No Show indicating that you can now send a No-Show request.

Tap No Show.
The manifest is shown. The pick-up event and associated drop-off event are removed from the manifest.
