Configuring CTM Server

CTM Server must be configured to work with your system.

About this task

CTM Server processes itinerary searches while Schedule Server automatically generates live and template schedules.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to and double-click CtmSrv41.exe.
    Typically, the CTM Server file is found with your other Trapeze4 installation files.
    Depending on your system setup, you may need to run the .exe file as Administrator.
  2. Click File > Configure.
    Refer to the INFO-Agent System Administrator Guide for additional information on CTM Server configuration.

  3. Verify that all of the settings are correct.
  4. Select Load Cache.
  5. Note the Server Name.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close the CTM Server application.
  8. Open the Trapeze4 Workstation.
  9. Click Tools > System Properties.
  10. On the Profile tab, expand CTM Server.
  11. Click Network address.
  12. Confirm that the text following CTMSRV. matches the previously noted server name. For example IPA.
    If the names do not match, obtain the correct server name and specify it in the TPnet.ini file (found with your Trapeze4 installation files); in the CtmSrv Configuration dialog box; and in the CTM Server > Network Address system property (found in the Trapeze4 Workstation, under Tools > System Properties, on the Profile tab, under CTM Server > Network Address).

  13. Click OK.
