Setting Up the Route Error List Report

Route Error List report criteria are defined on the Route Error tab in the System Setup dialog box.

Before you begin

Trapeze Reports must be open.

About this task

You can specify tests to run and the test criteria for data included in the report. For example, you can specify the maximum time for a run.

Procedure

  1. In the Trapeze Reports window, click File > SetUp.
    The System Setup dialog box appears.
  2. On the Route Error tab, in the Run Tests frame:
    1. Select the check boxes for the default tests to be run:
      • Service Miles
      • Revenue Miles
      • Time
      • Speed
      • Event Sequence
    2. Specify the following run test criteria:

    Max Service Dist Maximum service distance between pull-out and pull-in allowed in the Service Miles run test. Numbers up to but not including this number respect the maximum service distance.
    Max Time Maximum time between pull-out and pull-in used in the Time run test. Numbers up to but not including this number respect the maximum time.
    Max Speed Maximum speed used in the Speed run test. Numbers up to but not including this number respect the maximum speed.
    The unit of measure shown (mile or km) is based on the Distance property defined on the Format tab.
  3. In the Trip Tests frame:
    1. Select the check boxes for the default tests to be run:
      • Funding Source
      • Fare
      • Passenger
      • Odometer
      • Perform Time
    2. Specify the following trip test criteria:

    Excessive Fare Fares equal to or greater than this number are considered excessive for a trip.
    Excessive Dist Distances equal to or greater than this number are considered excessive for a trip.
    Excessive Time Amounts of time equal to or greater than this number are considered excessive for a trip.
