Deleting Schedules from Schedule Administrator

Delete schedules from Schedule Administrator to remove them completely from the system.

Before you begin

Schedule Administrator must be open.

About this task

Deleted schedules cannot be restored. Never delete a Live or Template schedule from the schedule list. You may be able to retrieve bookings, but this involves a difficult rebuilding process. Only delete schedules that are no longer used. For example, training schedules.

Procedure

  1. In the grid, select the schedule to be deleted.
  2. Click Schedule > Delete.
    Alternatively, you can highlight the schedule to be deleted, and press the Delete key.
  3. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.

Results

The schedule is permanently deleted from the system.
