Linking Subscription Trips

You can link subscription trips to other subscription trips belonging to a single client.

Before you begin

Trip Administration must be open.

Procedure

  1. Type the client name in the Client field, and select the client.
  2. Select the Sub check box.
  3. Click Display.
  4. Highlight the subscription bookings to be linked, and then click the Link Trips button:
    Linked chain.
  5. In the Link Trips dialog box, make sure the bookings are placed in the correct sequence, and click Link.
  6. When prompted to confirm linking of the trips, click Yes.

Results

The subscriptions trips are linked, and an itinerary ID number is generated for the linked trips. When a subscription trip that has been previously linked to other trips is activated, the activated live trips are also linked.
