Viewing Non-Activated Subscription Records

Subscriptions that have not yet been activated can be viewed in Trip Administration.

Before you begin

Trip Administration must be open.

About this task

If you also created a return trip, two master files will be shown on the grid. The master record contains only the information from your subscription booking and cannot be scheduled to a run.

Procedure

  1. Select the Sub (Subscription) check box.
  2. Select the Schedule check box and click the ellipsis button (…).
  3. Select a schedule Type and Schedule.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Select Non Activated from the Sub connected drop-down list.

    The Act, Cas, and Sub options are selected, and the Non Activated option is selected from the Sub list.
    Non-activated subscriptions are subscriptions that have not been activated for the defined schedule day.
  6. Type the Client name.
  7. Click Display.
