About Dispatching

During the course of the day, events may occur that affect the schedule.

For example, trips need to be rescheduled when vehicles break down, clients may call to cancel trips, and additional clients may be added to itineraries. When a change is made to the schedule, dispatchers need to notify drivers so that they can modify their itineraries.

PASS provides three tools for dispatchers:
