Viewing Status History

Any status changes made to a trip booking in Trip Broker are recorded and can be reviewed in the History tab of the Booking Detail window.

Before you begin

Trip Broker must be open to the main Trip Broker screen.

About this task

The user must be granted access to the PASS > TripBroker > Booking Detail > History security permission to view the History tab.

Procedure

  1. In any of the Provider Status Summary tabs, find the trip for which to view information.
  2. Right-click on the trip and click Booking Detail.
    By default, the History tab appears.
  3. Review the information as needed and close the dialog box.
