Viewing the Tracker Log

The Tracker Log in Trip Broker is similar to the Tracker Action Log in PASS, except that records cannot be sorted.

Before you begin

Trip Broker must be open to the main Trip Broker screen.

About this task

The user must be granted access to the PASS > TripBroker > Booking Detail > Tracker Log security permission to view the Tracker Log tab.

Procedure

  1. On the main Trip Broker screen, in any of the Provider Status Summary tabs, find the trip for which to view information.
  2. Right-click on the trip and click Booking Detail.
  3. At the bottom of the window, click the Tracker Log tab.
  4. Review the information as needed and close the dialog box.
