About BSM Reports

BSM provides standard reports and allows user-defined (ad hoc or custom) reports.

The standard reports have various options for operational purposes and productivity statistics. Ad hoc or custom reports can be created to display specific information. The custom reports are in Crystal Reports or SQL query format.

The query reports use standard SQL statements and can be run in HTML or comma-separated values (csv) format.

Note: To create or edit reports, uses must have the appropriate security permissions.
