BSM Standard Reports
The Report Explorer screen shows the list of reports and the parameters that you can use to refine the contents of the report.
The Report Description pane includes links to archived instances of the report, if any exist. Click a link to view a preview of the archived report. The report opens in the Report Preview screen.
The Output Options pane allows you to choose from the available
formats for the reports:
- PDF - Portable Document Format that you can read with Adobe Reader. Most sites use PDF for ease of viewing and printing. Standard reports are intended for use with either PDF or Microsoft Word file types.
- Excel - Microsoft Excel worksheet format
- Word - Microsoft Word document format
- RTF - Rich Text Format
- HTML - HyperText Markup Language format
- CSV - Comma-Separated Values format

| Point Amenities by Selected Point Type | List of amenities associated with the selected Point type. |

| Amenity and Attribute Associations | List of amenities and their associated attributes. |
| Stop Count by Amenity | Number of stops by amenity, for example, the number of stops with the amenity, Bench. |
| Stops with Selected Amenity and Attribute | List of stops with the selected amenity and attribute. |

| Stop Count by Signout | Number of stops that were signed out. |
| Signed Out Stops by User | List of stops that have been signed out by the selected user. |
| Deleted Points | List of deleted points of the selected Point type. |
| BSM History | List of all history records in BSM based on the selected parameters. (The report must match the data as shown in the History screen.) |
| BSM StopList | List of stops in the BSM database based on the selected parameters. |

| Stops without Images | List of stops without image files. |
| Stops with Image No Default | List of stops with image files and are not assigned the default image. |
| Stops with images | List of stops that have image files. |
| Stops with Default Image | List of stops that are assigned the default image. |
| Spatial Information | |
| Stops Missing Geocodes | List of stops that have not been geocoded. |
| Route Information | |
| Stops Not on Route | List of stops not assigned to a route in the selected sign-up period. |
| List of Routes by Stop | List of routes categorized by the stops they use. |
| Stops on Route | List of stops on a selected route or line. |
| Work Orders | |
| Work Order List | List of work orders based on the selected parameters. |
| Work Order Report | List of work orders based on the selected parameters. This report has more parameters compared to the other Work Order report. |
