You can change the run times of the selected node to node pair in the Run
Times Analyser dialog box.
Open the Run Times Analyser tool, and select the node to node
pairs whose run times you want to change.
Be familiar with the schedule of your routes before attempting to change run times.
Furthermore, be aware that making any changes to the run times may affect the integrity
of your trips.

Select runs from the list of run times of the node to node pairs you selected
to view.

In the Time field, type the time when you would like the
new run time to apply, for example, 9:00.

In the RTime field, type the new run time you like to
apply, for example, 9 (minutes).

Click Apply.
The new run time is shown in the list.

Click Save.

Click Close.
