The Pull-Out Sheet provides a list of the pull-out (PO) times by division and
service.
The following graphic shows the Pull-Out Sheet parameter (for Crystal reports):

Division code - You can select more than one Division.
Service Group
Service Group abbreviation
Exception Combo
Selected exception combination. Set to <Off> by default.
Garage Abbr
Garage abbreviation - The Garages of the selected Divisions are shown. You
can select more than one Garage.
With Run Data
If selected, the run type is shown.
Include Garage Locations
If selected, the Garage Out (Pullout garage) column is shown beside the Time
Out column while the Garage In (Pull-in garage) column is shown beside the Time In
column. If not selected, the report does not display the garage columns. This is
the default
Effective Date
Information related to the period when the report is in effect.
Note: This is
a text field. You can enter any piece of data you want to include in the report,
for example, date or name of user.

Export as
Allows you to select the format type of the report:
CSV (Comma-separated values file that is read with spreadsheet program)
