Method 1: Using the Add dialog

For example, a trip on a school day (SD) occurs on a Friday (FR). In this case, an exception combination is needed that contains the SD and FR as exceptions.

To avoid errors, stick with one method when creating exception combinations for each sign-up period.

Note: When you copy the data of one sign-up period to another sign-up period, the exceptions and exception combinations in the Calendar for dates that appear in both sign-up periods, (for example, January 11, 2018 to March 31, 2018 in sign-up periods, Trapeze1stQtr2018 and Trap2018) are also copied. If exceptions and exception combinations have already been set up for the overlapping dates in the first sign-up period, you do not have to recreate them in the second sign-up period.
